Lemon Meringue Pie

Just finished making my favourite dish - for OTHER people... I don't like it, but everyone else does. Personally some choc mousse would be just fine!

I have had people beg for the recipe but if I hand over the only dish no one can compete with - I may longer be needed! LOL

Just looking at it on the bench - it looks like the best I have done in a while!
